iLead's Popular with Tech-Savvy Event Planners

iLeads is featured in Michael J. Shapiro's article, "How Meetings Benefit From Today's Technology".

The article lists five technologies including iLeads that tech-savvy planners already are using to make their meetings more efficient and effective. iLeads is the first lead retrieval mobile app for the tradeshow industry. Winner of several industry awards already, iLeads is the most successful product launch in Bartizan's 40 year history.

Most show planners and attendees already have smart phones or iPads. Smartphones let you do everything, anywhere. They are mini computers that help improve your productivity. You can search for all sorts of information, track expenses, FedEx shipments, and make travel plans. You can access work documents, learn about prospects while still on the show floor and email your brochures to prospects - response times improve! This means for all event participants using smart phones is quickly becoming a competitive advantage. Information will be easier to access, communication will be simpler and attendees and exhibitors will achieve better overall tradeshow results.

Smart show managers recognize that mobile apps will help connect their exhibitors to prospects better than before. Read the full article here.

Bartizan Presents a Free Webinar: Trade Show Organizer Survival Guide

Lead retrieval provider Bartizan Connects today announced details of an upcoming webinar, “Trade Show Organizer Survival Guide,” a 10 minute lunchtime session. The live webinar is hosted by Bartizan’s president, Lew Hoff. Post webinar, attendees will also receive the informative slides from the day’s educational session. For more information about this webinar or to register, please visit: http://tinyurl.com/SurvivalGuide2010

There’s no doubt about it: Trade show organizers have a rocky road in front of them. This webinar details how the surveyed show organizers are handling difficult economic times, and how they see the future of trade shows moving forward. As pressure on show management intensifies to do more with less, this live webinar explores the ways in which event planners can be innovative but still increase efficiency and optimize productivity.

The webinar is based on the results of the 2010 Bartizan sponsored surveys that filled nearly 500 pages of transcripts and was developed into a whitepaper. Using this invaluable data, alongside recent research from CEIR, Tradeshow Week, research organization MAYA, and the International Association of Exhibitions and Events, the Trade Show Organizers’ Survival Guide highlights key points for trade show organizers to keep in mind as they plan and market shows in today’s difficult times, and in tomorrow’s better days.

The webinar focuses on four factors:

1. The impact of the current downturn on trade shows and their organizers.
2. The use of technology to manage, promote and support those shows.
3. The changed and changing face of marketing.
4. Keys to success moving forward.

Hosted by Bartizan’s president, Lew Hoff, learn what show organizer’s are doing to get exhibitors to buy booth space, keep them happy and coming back year after year. You’ll also learn how technology is affecting everything they do.
